ZSpotlight is currently looking for creative videos to tell our story. We could, of course, do it ourselves but we'd rather give our loyal viewers a chance to have fun and showcase their talents. And in true ZSpotlight fashion we'd like to reward you for your efforts. The winning video will receive $1,000 in gift certificates. Click here for the list of gift certificates being awarded.

What we're looking for is a creative :30 second video that promotes ZSpotlight.com. Our creative department will judge all entries based on creativity and uniqueness in addition to how well the video sticks to the guidelines presented below.

Guidelines

Video should emphasize that ZSpotlight...
  - is the Triangle's leading entertainment guide
- focuses on Nightlife, Dining, Music, Sports & Rec, Arts & Culture and Fashion
- includes the most comprehensive, dynamic events listing in the Triangle
- offers fantastic 1/2 off deals in our great deals section
- has the largest gallery of photos taken from around the Triangle
- now offers video, including entertaining clips from around the Triangle as well as those promoting local businesses
- includes a unique message board for viewers and businesses to post messages and share their thoughts
- includes contests and job postings
- (Important -- Above all ZSpotlight.com is Fun, Informative and Beneficial to both its viewers and businesses that advertise in it!)
 
Technical Guidelines
  - Video must be less than 30MG in size
- Video must be 320 X 240 pixels or larger. If larger the size must be a ratio that matches 320 X 240
- Video may be provided in the following formats: .avi, .mpeg, .wmv, or .mov
- Submitting more than one video is acceptable
 
Submission Guidelines
When you are ready to submit your video(s) simply revisit this page and click the submit link button below. Make sure that you:
  - Include your full name
- Include in the subject line "ZSpotlight Video Entry"
- Include the email you wish to be contacted at should you win
 
The winner will be chosen on January 15, 2008 and will be notified by email. The winning video will be posted on ZSpotllight.com and may also appear elsewhere. Please note that all submitted videos may be used by ZSpotlight.com in part or full for any promotional purposes.
