The Skinny
Rudino’s is a well known chain based in the Raleigh-Durham area that has grown to include franchise locations as far as Florida, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. We received national attention in the 1990s after a feature article in the pizza industry publication “Pizza Today,” and quickly became known for our fresh toppings and scratch made dough that is baked daily on site.

At Rudino’s Grill & Sports Pad, we take it to the next level with an upgraded bar and grill theme. Here you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds with traditional Rudino’s favorites like pizza and grinders alongside mouth-watering signature selections like Beer Battered Onion Rings, Smothered BBQ and Baby Back Ribs.

Why We're Better
Our primary strength lies in our experience, having over 30 years of combined experience in the customer service industry; 20 of which are in the restaurant business. Brian Cordileone began working at Rudino’s as a teenager in 1996. He continued through high school and on weekends and holidays during college. After graduating from East Carolina University in 2003, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, he became general manager of the RTP store and later the Apex location. Michael Robbins brings five years of experience working for Darryl’s Restaurant, which was also a locally based, full-service dining concept. He provides operational support, particularly in front of the house operations.
