                 Tasting The Twist Valentine's Day Pre-fixe Culinary Performance                                  

                                             February 14, 2011 @ 7pm

Guests are entertained with a "live" culinary preparation show in the dining room
featuring Chef Khaleel Faheemud-Deen
(our Catering Chef/Catering Director). The chefs will prepare a sample of each
course on the evening's featured menu. At the beginning of the preparation of each
course, our servers will deliver the featured course to our guest. At the completion
of each course, the featured wine representative will introduce the wine that he/she
has paired with that course of the menu. During the show the chef will engage in a Q&A
about the menu and wines being presented.
The "Tasting of the Twist Valentines Dinner Presentation" packages are $70/per couple And $40 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
